NOPA’s bar is an integral part of the restaurant, an informal place to unwind and eat while chatting with friends—or with Kevin the bartender, who will mix a tailor-made cocktail and tell you its story. Featuring both classics and experimental creations, the seasonal cocktail menu features fresh, local produce and homemade syrups, bitters and elderflower tonic. These are served in old-school shakers, chilled copper cups and vintage cocktail glasses. The bar menu features a curated selection of local and international wines, and a fine range of single malt and blended whiskys, bourbons and cognacs.
