The curated selection of no more than 30 dishes means that you always have the best items from seasonal ingredients. Pastas are freshly made, and meat from Turkey’s Trakya region is cooked on a grill fired with oak wood and served with roast garlic. Daily specials are created on the spot to take advantage of the finest ingredients. The menu is revised every three months to keep everything fresh and new.
